Users acknowledge and accept that media integrity and backups are the sole responsibility of the photographer. While we will assist within reasonable capacity PhotoFacet is not liable for any loss or damage to media files.

Additionally, personal and activity-related data may be processed to enhance user experience. However, PhotoFacet will not directly use uploaded media for any marketing or promotional purposes.
